The Fagor Slow Juicer uses a 2-step process in which the juice is extracted from the fruit or vegetable twice before it enters your glass.

The auger, the main component of the unit, squeezes the food without
shredding or grinding it, providing
more juice in your glass.

Slow Juicing has no oxidation or separation, so it preserves more of the organic nutrients from the food and keeps it closer to its natural state.
The Fagor Slow Juicer uses a 2-step process - first by squeezing the fruit and then repeating the process to obtain the remaining juice into your glass.
Ejects a dryer more dehydrated pulp, perfect to add to recipes.

Easy Cleaning: Pour water through the Slow Juicer when changing juices or easily disassemble for more thorough cleaning.
